An Invitation to Come Home
A Half Day Retreat with Vinny Ferraro
Saturday, September 3rd
In this world of doing, being becomes a revolutionary act, and it takes practice. In this half-daylong it will give us the opportunity to come back to base and check in on our practice. We’ll spend our time sitting, walking and sharing together. With special attention to how we meet ourselves and the moment. This will be a time to deepen our practice together as we stop postponing arrival and come home to how it is.
Open to all.
Cost: $25-60 sliding scale, plus dana (donation) to support the teacher. Scholarships are available. No one turned away for lack of funds.
