This will be a day of mindfulness and loving-kindness meditations with lecture and discussions focused on the core Buddhist teachings of the Four Noble Truths. It will be a great opportunity to recommit to your practice.
This daylong is suitable for all levels of practitioner.
Cost: Sliding Scale $35-$75 plus dana for the teacher.

Noah Levine, author of Dharma Punx, Against The Stream, The Heart of the Revolution and Refuge Recovery, is a Buddhist teacher, author and counselor. He was trained to teach by Jack Kornfield of Spirit Rock Meditation Center in Woodacre, CA. He is the founding teacher of Against the Stream Buddhist Meditation Society, with two centers in Los Angeles and over 20 affiliated groups around North America. He teaches meditation classes, workshops and retreats internationally. Noah holds a Masters degree in counseling psychology and lives in Los Angeles.
