Buddhism and Evolutionary Leadership
Half Day with Caitriona Reed
Saturday June 13
1:00pm – 4:30pm
Leadership begins with being the leader of your own life. Being the leader of your own life means going beyond what limits you. It means caring enough, and being present enough, so that you don’t just sacrifice yourself for an idea or a cause, while forgetting that leadership is about your commitment to make real change happen in the world (regardless of scale). Of course, it also means caring for yourself in ways that continue to stretch you. Growing and learning never stop.
Learning to be present is the first important step; especially learning to be present to what is difficult and painful. But that’s just the beginning. Evolutionary Leadership is also broadening your focus towards a new kind of solution-based thinking, feeling, and being.
Join Caitrìona for this half day workshop to learn the five key skills of evolutionary leadership that can be applied on any scale from organizing your day, to organizing a movement.
