This day of meditation practice, teachings and discussion will focus on the Buddhist path of compassion for all living beings. In order to experience Freedom from suffering it will be necessary to let go of the resentments/guilt we have been holding for too long. This day of heart/mind training will set you in the right direction or allow you to deepen the work you have already begun. In-depth guidance and instructions will be offered.Open to all levels of experience.
Cost: Sliding Scale $45 – $65 plus dana for the teacher.

Noah Levine, author of Dharma Punx, Against The Stream, The Heart of the Revolution and Refuge Recovery, is a Buddhist teacher, author and counselor. He was trained to teach by Jack Kornfield of Spirit Rock Meditation Center in Woodacre, CA. He is the founding teacher of Against the Stream Buddhist Meditation Society, with two centers in Los Angeles and over 20 affiliated groups around North America. He teaches meditation classes, workshops and retreats internationally. Noah holds a Masters degree in counseling psychology and lives in Los Angeles.
