Training the Mind, Freeing the Heart

A Daylong Retreat with Martin Aylward

Saturday, November 27th

10am-4pm

San Francisco

During this day we will look together at what it really means to develop and deepen a path of practice and how our conduct, practice and understanding transforms over time. What is it that transforms? How can we best orientate towards the freedom that is the heart and the ground of the Dharma, and best support our passion for the liberating possibilities of training our minds and freeing our hearts.

Open to all.

Cost: $35-75 sliding scale, plus dana (donation) to support the teacher. Scholarships are available. No one turned away for lack of funds.
