Yoga and Meditation Half-Day Retreat

with Khristine Jones and Enrique Collazo

San Francisco

Join Against the Stream and Yoga Punx for a half-day yoga and meditation retreat! Coming from two different sides of the same path, Khristine Jones and Enrique Collazo come together again to share their approach to sitting and movement practice.

In both practices, we can observe the subtleties of the breath, mind, and body, see ourselves clearly, and begin to awaken. During the daylong there will be a Dharma talk, asana practice, and sitting practice. Please wear comfortable clothes to move in, and bring a yoga mat and something to sit on. Some yoga mats and cushions will be available at the center. All levels of experience with yoga and meditation are welcome.

Cost: This retreat is offered on a dana (donation) basis, with a suggested contribution of $20-60. No one turned away for lack of funds.

Khristine Jones is the founder of Yoga Punx and has been teaching yoga since 2010. Her classes are vinyasa rooted in Ashtanga. She is grateful for the refuge the practice provides for her and her students, as a way to recharge, connect, and to be of service in the world.

Enrique Collazo is a Buddhist meditation instructor and group facilitator, trained by Noah Levine at Against the Stream Buddhist Meditation Society in Los Angeles.

This retreat will be held at 2701 Folsom Street, San Francisco, CA 94110.
