Sundays 5:45pm – 7:00pm
Mindfulness and meditation in a safe and fun environment, open to all interested young people ages 15-21, from all racial economic, sexual, social, political and religious backgrounds and preferences.
Led by trained Facilitators, members join in creative and playful interactive exercises related to mindfulness practices and community building.
Our environment celebrates individuality. We foster communication, investigation and discovery through both peer and mentor support. Our young people develop a tool kit to quiet the mind and soothe the spirit, to deal with strong and difficult feelings and face the challenges unique to their age group.
