A Morning of Practice

A Half Day Retreat with Matthew Brensilver
Sunday, April 23, 2017
San Francisco

During this half-day of quiet practice, Matthew will offer fifteen minute one-on-one meetings to discuss your practice. Discussions can revolve around anything arising in your practice: meditation techniques, working with a particular emotion or experience, or trying to integrate a teaching into your life.

While Matthew is conducting meetings, we’ll alternate silent sitting and walking meditation. We will close the morning as a group.  Please join us.

This half day retreat is limited to twelve participants.  As space is so limited, no refunds will be given if you miss the event.  Registration will close after the twelfth registration.

Cost: Sliding Scale: $25-60 and the offering of Dana to the teacher.
