Awake in the New Year

Setting Conscious Intentions for Our Lives in 2016

A Workshop with Deborah Eden Tull

Sunday Jan 10, 2016

11am – 4pm

Santa Monica

“Energy is our most precious resource, for it is the means by which we transform our creative potential into meaningful action.” -Tarthang Thulku

The new year is upon us. This is an invitation to take a sacred pause to sow clear and conscious intentions for 2016. This workshop is not about New Year’s Resolutions, (which you may have noticed rarely work.) This is a process for compassionately reviewing and releasing 2015 and using mindful inquiry and deep listening to create and sustain change in our lives in 2016. This is an opportunity to illuminate and let go of limiting beliefs, align with your deepest intentions, and create a conscious map for the year ahead. We will engage in sitting meditation, relational mindfulness, and facilitated group discussion. This workshop will also offer accountability and support for cultivating the seeds you sow over the next 12 months.

Please wear loose, comfortable clothing for sitting meditation and bring a journal/pen. Please bring your lunch or plan to eat locally. All are welcome… experienced meditators and those who are new to practice.

Sliding Scale: $30-$60 for the workshop plus dana to the teacher (teachers receive no portion of the reg fee). Please pay at the highest level you can afford to support our programs and those who have less. Some scholarships and work-study are available. No one will be turned away for lack of funds.
$100 Plus Monthly Supporters attend for no reg fee. Please CLICK HERE for more info on our Monthly Supporter program.
