4th of July Camping Trip
San Onofre State Beach Bluffs
July 4 – July 6 – SOLD OUT
Come camping with us! ATS has reserved several campgrounds for 4th of July weekend at San Onofre State Beach Bluffs (aka Old Man’s beach). This is not a retreat – it is just an opportunity to spend time with sangha members, make campfires, surf, hang out at the beach and watch fireworks
We have room for about 50 people to camp. If you sign up you will be grouped together at the campsites based on number of people in your party. Reservations will be on a first come first serve basis.
To make a reservation we need to know:
Total number of people in your party.
How many children and their ages.
Will you have an RV, camper or tents? If tents, how many.
Each party of 4 people or less will be limited to one car since we are restricted to three cars per site – carpooling and ridesharing are highly recommended.
There will be group sits and activities throughout the weekend for everyone to enjoy but ATS will NOT be providing any food or snacks, water, firewood, tents, towels, etc. ATS also assumes no liability for the weekend. We‘re coordinating the logistics and the rest is up to you!
The cost is $9 per person, per night to cover campsite fees, or $18 per person for the weekend. Because of the limited number of sites we have, there is a two-night minimum.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Full refund up to midnight on July 1. No refunds after that time. Thanks.
IMPORTANT INFO ABOUT THE BLUFF SITE: This section of the park offers campsites along the old Highway 101, adjacent to the sandstone cliffs. There are six dirt trails which access the beach, some of which are steep. All campsites include a fire pit and picnic table.
