The Enduring Heart: Cultivating Resilience in Challenging Times

A Daylong with Deborah Eden Tull

April 2, 2017

10:30am – 4:00pm

Santa Monica

Please join Dharma teacher Deborah Eden Tull for a restorative day-long retreat. Through meditation, mindful inquiry, and dharma talks, we will learn how to cultivate presence, compassion, and resilience through life’s ups and downs. When personal, collective, or political commotions put us off balance, how can the dharma steady us and help us to access the endurance of the heart? What is it that stays constant and whole through all of the dramas and distractions of our life?. How can we access the long view and affirm well-being and compassionate awareness in difficult times?

This retreat is open to both experienced meditators and beginners. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a journal and pen.
