A Half Day Retreat with Scott Tusa
In this workshop we will dive deep into the heart of the Buddha’s inner transformation and the spiritual tradition that arose from it. Through a combination of experiential learning, guided meditation, and discussion we will explore how to access and develop a grounded sense of inner well-being, a more available and open space of mindful awareness, and deeper insight into how to better overcome mental and emotional habits that cause unnecessary suffering.
Cost: Sliding Scale: $35-$60 and the offering of dana to the teacher. Scholarships and work-study are available. No one is ever turned away for lack of funds
ONLINE REGISTRATIONS CLOSED. WALK-INS WELCOME.
