ATS Women’s Meditation Sangha
March 29 @ 5:30 pm - 7:00 pm PDT
An event every month that begins at 5:30pm on day Last of the month, repeating until May 25, 2018
Since the time of the Buddha, women have been walking the path, committed to waking up. While their voices have not always been placed front and center, an unbroken thread– the sacred feminine– has woven itself into all corners of the Dharma since the first Buddhist nun, Maha Pajapati, firmly requested ordination from the Buddha. Join us for a monthly women’s sangha where we can share our practice, celebrate our feminine lineage, and create a space for inquiry, support, and exploration of what it means at this time to be a woman on the path. This group will be held as a practice circle, with co-facilitators holding space for practice and plenty of room for all to share their voices and wisdom. This group is open to all who self-identify as women.
Meets the last Thursday of the month at 5:30pm.
