This will be a day of mindfulness and loving-kindness meditations with lecture and discussions focused on the core Buddhist teachings of the Four Noble Truths. It will be a great opportunity to start your year off on the right foot and with the right intentions. It’s time to recommit to your practice.

COST: Sliding Scale: $35 – $75, plus an offering of DANA to the teacher. Please pay at the highest level you can afford to support our programs and pay it forward for those who have less. Scholarships and work-study are available. No is turned away for lack of funds.

Noah Levine, Founding Teacher, is the author of Dharma Punx, Against The Stream, The Heart of the Revolution and Refuge Recovery, is a Buddhist teacher, author and counselor. He has created a Buddhist approach to addiction recovery called Refuge Recovery, that includes peer lead meetings as well as a professional treatment center. He is also the founding teacher of Against the Stream Buddhist Meditation Society, with centers in Los Angeles and San Francisco and over 20 affiliated groups around North America.
