A Six Week Class Series with Devon Cresci and Sydney Fisher.

Join us in starting the new year off right with self care in mind. This 6 week class offered by Sydney Fisher and Devon Cresci is focused on how Buddhist wisdom can support helping professionals with maintaining balance and recovering wellbeing when the weight of service and the needs of clients pull us off center.  The class will center around practical application to our lives and sharing meaningful dharma that will support participants living in health and balance. We will learn practices for self compassion, equanimity, and wise action in the face of suffering. We will share mindfulness exercises at home and work that support wellbeing.
The format of the class will include group mindfulness practices, personal sharing, experiential learning exercises, and dharma talks.
All are welcome.
Cost: $100 for class series pre-registration or $20 per class at the door, plus dana (donation) to support the teacher. Scholarships are available. No one turned away for lack of funds.
