Coming Home: A Love Affair

February 10 @ 10:00 am - 4:00 pm PST

a daylong retreat with vinny ferraro

Many of us find it difficult to get away for longer retreat time. But we’re still committed to practice this path in this very life. A daylong may be just the thing, to unplug from the matrix and come back to base.

The Buddha said that the loving kindness practice is an antidote to fear and anger. This day will be dedicated to awakening the qualities of kindness towards ourselves, our friends and even people who are difficult for us.

This retreat is suitable for both beginning and experienced meditators. Meditation instructions will be offered in both sitting and walking awareness practices.

Vinny has requested that we eat together as a community. Please plan on either bringing your lunch or cash to contribute towards pizza.  If you wish to purchase lunch, please bring 10 dollars. Thank you.

Open to all.
