Intro to Meditation

–Have a lot of questions about your practice?
This class is designed for those new to meditation or those who would like a refresher. There will be simple instructions in the practice of Insight, or Vipassana, meditation and the basic Buddhist teachings. You will have a chance to ask all your questions and we’ll have some discussion. Come begin your practice of mindfulness – both on and off the cushion.
No registration necessary, however, to help us plan, please let us know if you’ll be joining us. RSVP
