Mindfulness Practice Session

An event every week that begins at 7:00pm on Wednesday, repeating until May 6, 2018
This weekly class will provide a fundamental framework for the practice of mindfulness. Meditation instructions will be offered, followed by a Q&A and talk. There is a great class for those new to the practice of Mindfulness.
