Dza Kilung Rinpoche: The Relaxed Mind

March 19 @ 7:30 pm - 9:00 pm EDT

The Relaxed Mind: An Evening with Dza Kilung Rinpoche

Description
Shortly after arriving in the United States in the late 1990s, it became clear to Dza Kilung Rinpoche that his Western students responded to traditional meditation instructions differently from his students in Asia. The Westerners didn’t know how to relax and let go of tension—our pressured, fast-paced lifestyles carried over into meditation. This evening, Dza Kilung Rinpoche will offer teachings from his book, The Relaxed Mind, a seven-phase practice adapted from traditional instructions and intended to counteract the overwhelming distraction that has become a global culture these days. Beginners and experienced meditators alike are welcome.

The Relaxed Mind will be for sale at this event. You can also purchase it here.
