Do you want to learn to chill out? Stop all that noise in your head? Have you ever wondered what it feels like to meditate? Wanna truly be in the moment without worrying about the past or the future? Do you want to learn with other people your age, be free to be who you are, make friends and get support while learning ? Then come for meditation, fun, hanging out, sharing, chilling and snacking at our young people’s group for mindfulness and meditation. All interested people ages 15 to 21 are invited.
