Half Day with Kate Spina

How do we understand the Buddhist ethics around sex? What tools do we use to craft a wise relationship with sexual energy? How can we support one another while exploring this important topic?
In this three hour conversation we will come together as a community to take a look at the ethical precept of restraint from sexual misconduct. This mindful conversation will allow us to openly discuss a topic that can often be glossed over or thought of as taboo. Using the council format we will have the opportunity to share and learn from one another.
This is open to all adults, regardless of relationship status, sexual orientation or gender. Please come with a deep willingness to delve into this important subject.
