This retreat, held from Sept. 1 – 4, 2017, will be based on Noah’s work on Refuge Recovery which uses the Four Noble Truths and Eightfold Path of recovery as a way to achieve liberation from suffering.  On this retreat, you will begin to see your addiction as cravings in the mind and body.  Refuge Recovery is a path of meditative awareness which can alleviate those desires and ease suffering.  There will be periods of meditation as well as workshops and exercises.
