Relational Mindfulness

Deepening our Commitment to Presence and Authenticity

A Daylong Retreat with Deborah Eden Tull

Santa Monica

“Make your interactions with people transformational, not just transactional.” Patti Smith

Join us for a day-long retreat for cultivating greater presence and ease in relation to the internal and external landscapes. How does meditation allow for deeper intimacy in of our relationships? How can we show up to the relational field with more honesty, freedom, and compassion?  With others, where do we hide? And where are we willing to reveal? How does the practice of relational mindfulness free us from the illusion of separation and enable us to feel more connected in every realm of life?

When we live as if the purpose of every meeting is a heart-to-heart encounter, we give ourselves permission to let down our guard, go beyond the limitations of the conditioned mind, and cultivate authenticity in how we relate. Transparency is freedom… Freedom is transparency. Relational mindfulness deepens our connection with our self, one another, and our world-at-large.

Cost: Sliding Scale $35-$75 plus dana for the teacher.
