Discover Buddhist wisdom, skills and compassion to lighten our hearts, cultivate clarity and insight as well as help the world without burning out. Based on traditional Tibetan texts.

Open to all.

Cost: $35-75 sliding scale, plus dana (donation) to support the teacher. Scholarships are available. No one turned away for lack of funds.

Ayya Yeshe is an Australian Buddhist nun and Director of Bodhicitta Foundation, a socially engaged Buddhist centre and charity that works with ex ‘untouchable’ Indian Buddhists in the slums of Central India. Ayya is the author of ‘Every Day Enlightenment’ publisjed by Harper Collins and is a feminist, activist and contemplative and is an advocate for gender equality and full ordination for women. Ayya teaches internationally.
