Kate Spina

is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and has completed two years of facilitator training with Noah Levine, JoAnna Harper and Vinny Ferraro. Her primary teacher is Matthew Brensilver. Kate began practicing meditation in 2006 and has been practicing in the Theravada tradition since 2012. She is passionate about exploring how Early Buddhist teachings apply to 21st Century life.
