THE DHARMA OF CONNECTION
Three Week Series with Deborah Eden Tull
Three Fridays Starting May 13, 2016
This series offers an immersion in relational mindfulness as a pathway for freedom, embodiment, and deeper connection. In a container that is safe, compassionate, playful, soulful, and edgy, you will be invited to release the conditioning that gets in the way of authentic connection. The quality of all our relationships stems from the quality of our relationship with our self. Through meditation, inquiry, and relational exercises, we will explore deep listening, transparency, trust, and how to take a stand for authentic connection in a world where this is not always modeled. This series is for both experienced meditators and those who are new to practice, introverts and extroverts, singles and couples… All are welcome. Please wear comfortable clothing for meditation and bring a journal and pen.
Class dates: May 13, 20, 27
Cost: $20 per evening or $50 if paid in advance. There will be an opportunity to offer dana to the teacher at each class (teachers receive a portion of the reg fee and are supported by dana). Please pay at the highest level you can afford to support our programs and those who have less. Some scholarships and work-study are available. No one will be turned away for lack of funds.
$100+ Monthly Supporters can attend with no registration fee (Dana to the teachers is always appreciated).
